Omukunirwa Kakuru Mushongi Home Page
Welcome to My Home Page
Born in Kasheshe village, Karagwe, Kagera,my name is Kakuru Mushongi, a name I love mostly. I am Kakuru because I was born a twin brother with my twin sister 'Nyakato' aside. I was named 'Mushongi' after a sudden death of my grandfather Mushongi Tibyampansha (1895-1972) who passed away a same day I was born.
However, I was baptized Ireneus (that stands for 2nd Church Age Messenger, The Time Period - 170 A.D. to 312 A.D., Bible reference: Revelation 2: 8-11) two days later at Nyaishozi Roman Catholic church, in Karagwe District, Kagera
Kasheshe is a name of my village which was inhabited about 500 years ago by the bantu people of Abakalaza clan who migrated from Kasese district in southwestern Uganda during the historical bantu migrations.
One important thing to note is that Abakalaza are said to be trouble some by nature (though I can not prove it), this has made Kasheshe village the only village which is as of today still inhabited by the same people originating from the same fore fathers. Here all are one family, whatever happens good or bad is always shared by everybody in the village.
This site is still underconstruction, but it is a special dedication to the ALL important people in my life notably My dad Angelo Rulyaho Kijebete Mushongi; my mum Domitina Mukamungu Nyinabarongo; My wife Grace Mashaka; my only and '' lovely '' daughter Janeth Nshemeleilwe; brothers and sisters for their support; mutual friends who in one way or another have influenced my thinking and actions. To all of you, I say bravo and God bless you abundantly!
